About MKEIX!

The Milwaukee Internet Exchange (MKEIX) was established in 2011 as a means for providers to interconnect in the Milwaukee area. MKEIX is an entirely not-for-profit organization, and run by it's volunteers and through generous donations by participants and other vendors. There aren't any real requirements for peering at MKEIX, only you are able to cross connect into the IX fabric in one of the locations (listed in the FAQ).
